I had a wonderful stay at the resort, enjoying the beautiful pools and excellent service from the staff, particularly from Chef Guillermo who made our fish dinner unforgettable. However, I found the beach area to be a bit limited for long walks, and it would have been nice if there were more entertainment options available in the evenings.

This resort has a fantastic design that keeps everything conveniently close. The staff here are truly amazing and made our stay enjoyable. However, the beach was a disappointment due to its rocky terrain and the presence of sargassum. The ocean did not smell good, which detracted from the overall experience.

My stay at the resort was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was truly exceptional, especially the beach servers and housekeeping. The food at the specialty restaurants was surprisingly enjoyable and stood out among resort dining experiences. On the flip side, the beach was suffering from erosion, and the presence of seaweed was hard to ignore. Additionally, the Exhale club didn’t feel worth the extra cost for the amenities provided. Overall, it has its strong points, but several areas need improvement to meet expectations.
